KR-series UHMW-PE Wear-resistant Pipe And Sheet Extrusion Line

	**高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE) 是一种分子量较高的热塑性塑料。同众多的聚合物材料相比，UHMWPE具有摩擦系数小，磨耗低、耐化学药品性优良、耐冲击性、耐压性、抗冻性、保温性、自润滑性、抗结垢性、耐应力开裂性、卫生性等优良特性。如摩擦系数较小为0.07~0.11，相当于冰与冰之间的摩擦，用于生产管材表现出较高的自润滑性和抗结垢性。抗磨耗性居塑料**，比尼龙66、聚四氟乙烯高4倍，比高密度聚乙烯高9倍、为碳钢的7倍、不锈钢的10倍。是**输送管道的理想材料，可以显著节省输送能耗和延长输送管道的寿命。
	正是由于UHMWPE具有如此优异的性能，因而在交通运输、农业、采矿、化工、机械、造纸、纺织、食品、医疗、体育、电厂、油田、**工程、海水养殖等领域有广泛用途，但用于管材，主要是工业管道。
浙江世润机械科技有限公司较新推出了KR系列UHMW-PE**高分子量聚乙烯片材、管材生产线，该生产线采用特殊设计的螺杆和新型的开槽机筒，特殊材质的**模头及整套加工工艺，能够满足多种生产工艺要求，可加LCP改性，纳米改性等加工工艺，该生产线具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。
     目前我公司生产的UHMWPE**高分子量聚乙烯管材的范围为：Ф89mm-920mm。

Insulation ,self-lubrication ,resistance to breaking and stress ,sanitation,etc.It`s produce pipe with self-lubrication resistance to dirt generation.For instance ,min.friction co-efficient is 0.07~0.11,
That`s equal to the friction between ice and ice .The pipe produced with this material has great self-lubrication and resistance to dirt generation .The resistance to wear is the at the top ,which is
4 times,9 times,7 times and 10 times higher than nylon and tetrafluoroethlene,HDPE,carbon steel
and stainless steel.It`sthe ideal material as the wear-resistant conduit pipe ,and the energy loss during material transpoytation can be greatly reduced and the service life can be much longer.
	Thanks to the good properties of UHMWPE ,it`s widely used in the fields :transportation, agriculture,mining,chemical industry,medical use ,sports power plant ,oil field ,public work,seaculture etc. As pipes mainly used as industrial conduit pipes .Newly developed KR-series by our company 
	UHMWPE pipe extrusion line :specially designed screw and new-type grooved barrel,and special material made mould and extrusion process are applied ,which can fulfill many extrusion process ,LCP additive process ,Nanometer additive silicate process,the extrusion is profitable and can benefit the socially.
	At present ,the extrusion scope is Ф89mm-920mm.
